I will keep this real simple--- buy it. Watch the video if you can figure out whats going on then congrats but Rick goes into some real good detail on what to do and how to do that will help you perform this correctly. You will need to buy 16oz cups to perform the routine showed the reason I mention this is because the size is not mentioned in the video. Im very pleased with this effect.

I loved it from the first moment that Rick has showed it to me. Everytime Rick come up with a new magic it always feels like something we have never seen before. This is not your ordinary magic effect. I love the whole routine and especially the ending. It has the same climax feel as the multiplying sponge balls. If you look for something fresh and new, Water and Ice would do the trick. Quite frankly I think it's priced too low...

Rick Lax has done it AGAIN!!!! I've been waiting for this ever since he hinted it in a previous download and it's even better than I expected. You basically start off clean and end clean there's nothing better. If I was you I would ADD TO CART NOW!!!!!

I bought this and refill pack immediately! Genius. Magic that is not done with any props or cards or coins just, well to all the spectator cares, ice and water, and a cup.

Just steer them down the rabbit hole one way and then WHACK! hit them with a (pun intended) COOL magical moment at then end! What a neat trick that everybody can understand. Organic at it's best. :)

Anticipate to spend about $3 every time you perform this trick but it's definitely worth it if you like parlor tricks, I would not do this in walkaround but the results will absolutely drop your audience, especially when the ice starts to levitate, thank you Rick Lax as this self-contained trick is guaranteed to shock and amaze, so easy prep... you will do well with this trick if you like to freak people out, the first time I did this it was in a restaurant and the other booths had to stand up just to watch the finish, the fail-safe results are exactly like in the video...

Rick Lax is spot on with this effect. It's fun, it's different, and audiences will remember it (and you). It performs just as Rick presents it in the promo. Easy set up, no sleight of hand or switches. I only gave it a 4 because it is a bit messy to perform. But hey, that's half the fun and a big part of the experience for the audience, right? It will be interesting to see how my corporate audiences will react to this. They're all big kids at heart, so I'm optimistic! Worth picking up, especially since it includes the shipped "special something" along with the instant download video. As always, nice job, Rick!

I should start by saying I am a Big Fan of Rick Lax, he is a smart guy. This effect is exactly what you see in the video. I do Kids parties and got really excited when I seen this .....I have slowed down as I got older and normally
only do ONE show a day on the weekends ( no multiple shows).
PROS - Very clear explanation and Instructions.
CONS - Its a MESS , you need REFILLS and you need to travel with Ice.
When I was practicing this effect it was only something I could do on my OUTSIDE DECK, I washed it off and missed a little and it stained my deck. I have mixed emotions about this trick .....I DO LIKE IT. I JUST DONT THINK IT IS PRACTICAL FOR ME. I was even toying with idea of building a large tray. I thought about this for a while and also figured I would need a place to dispose of this stuff. I just don't feel comfortable letting people ( kids) touch this stuff ....it may be safe but what if they put it in there mouth or get it in their eyes. I don't feel comfortable dumping the stuff onto one of my high end clients Sod lawn or landscaped garden. You must bring a bag. This could be great in Southern USA where its HOT all the time. I live in the North East where we get Snow in feet 7 months out of the year. I am afraid if I performed this during the winter up hear when we have 9 feet of snow on the ground Ill get the Sh-t kicked out of me.
If your performing in a Hot area of the country and they don't get snow add a star. If your performing in a location where you don't care about the venue ( state fair ?)and you get it on the ground/floor its ok. I just remember the 2 times I performed SNOW STORM IN CHINA in Govenors Comedy Club,the owner looked at me and scowled as he YELLED ..JULIAN WHOS CLEANING THIS SH-T UP !!
