I think many of the reviews were based on same day release without actually performing it. Most
bought it to learn how the clip moved and how one card vanished. However, the demo negates the fact
that you need to have a deck in play initially. Note you have to search for the 1 second clip of to
find that. The vanish is base on a classic method but you need the deck that they cut out.
Lax
does share an interesting idea on the card vanish but the clip performance can vary. Many reviewers
jumped at the idea without doing much live work. You must practice this one to actually get it to
work just right without the give away many saw in the demo. I was disappointed he did not bother to
learn the creators proper name . At the least he should have cut in Hadi pronouncing his own name if
he could not do it. I hope Hadi gets a cut of each sale since most bought it for the clip moving.
The issue is the clip moving and card vanish are a bit disconnected. He and a few others tried to
work out a reason for the clip to move on the cards but I feel fell short of clever routine for it.
Maybe as a cool box special it is OK but as reports come in some are having spectators figure how
the clip can move. I thnk Rick maybe over explained how to make it move and maybe some are exposing
it. If you prepare it properly you should be very still. As far as the video editing, at first
I was screaming at the TV for a close up as I did not understand only later did they put a close up
in. They should have edited the video better. I keep falling for these cool box $10 or under
tricks and they all have fallen short of the mark.

Don't get me wrong, the main trick is great! I love the devious method! But, the clip part sucks.
Most people buy it for this, only buy it if you want to learn the vanish. Also, they cut out the
video so you can't learn it by watching how he does it. If they showed the full performance, anyone
could figure it out. So, its easy to do, but anyone can figure out the clip part. It adds nothing.

If you are not a profesional or an advanced intermediate magician, don't waste your money in this
trick.
It requieres sleight of hands, misdirection, psycological skills, hand skills, and lots
and lots of patience in order to test and test the performance of the modified clips.
Sellers
should see the video before advertise this effect as an easy one.

In my opinion this trick is not for everyone, however if you do like card tricks combined with
something "mystical" happening (clips flying off) you might like to try it out. The "cards across
sequence" is actually really cool.

I EXTREMELY (really sorry) hate giving a bad review, especially because I feel like Rick, Justin,
Shimishi and Hadi all had great intensions on this trick. I thought that this is a worker, but I'm
VERY (again, really sorry) disappointed. I did a review earlier and I said its a great effect, BUT I
hadn't really tried it out, I just loved the method. I went out and tried it on my neighborhood
friends and they figured out the clip part of it (which is the reason many of you guys, and myself,
bought it). I went home and tried it out on my sister, who can figure out ANYTHING! She is very good
at figuring stuff out and this is what she said about the trick, "That's like the most stupid trick
EVER!" I switched the gimmicked clip with a normal trick and she MADE the gimmick without even
knowing what the gimmick really was. She did the trick TO me and showed me exactly hoe I did it.
This failed the fool-proof test.
WITH THAT BEING SAID, the routine and way to make the card
vanish is great and I will use it for other routines, but the main reason for this download it the
paperclip. I wish that Hadi and Rick improve this and make a Ghost Clip 2 (maybe, who knows!).
Overall for the routine of making the card vanish, I would give it a 4! For the clip though, its
(again for the third time, very sorry) its a 1. I love Rick's tricks but this was a low for him. For
the last time, sorry!

I feel like Sean Sotaridona from Daytona Beach was the only honest reviewer. One thing that upsets
me is that most of the reviews come within hours of a release. There were 6 within the first hour of
release. Did these people even try out the trick in front of a group, let alone did they even
practice it? It's pretty clear that they're reviewing the “idea” of it.
Overall the
paperclip part of the trick is extremely limp. When watching the full performance did you see the
spectators reactions? Totally unimpressed! In addition I have preformed this trick more than just a
few times and I get the same limp reaction from my spectators. Although I will say the 'transient
global amnesia' portion is definitely a winner. I hate to rate this trick a "1" since the card
disappearing part is of some value; but I bought this trick specifically for the entire routine. I
feel the paperclip portion was a bit misrepresented and is out of place when I saw the entire
routine. Just look at the cut/edit in the trailer, a huge jump from one frame to another (typical
modern way to sell a trick). Good advice: Don’t place the paperclip on the cards in front of the
spectators, do it on the off beat.
I can see why Rick really was inspired when Hadi first
showed him the paper clip move. It's clear after getting a feel for Rick’s tricks and online
presence that he's really really moved by ungimmicked props (Detach, Chi card, Soul Paper, that one
with the headphones, etc). I really really respect this and I really really like Rick even though I
don’t personally know him. There’s a lot more I want to say in terms of the negative aspects that
were never addressed but I want to leave it on a positive note for others. It appears many others
might get use out of this trick and I am part of a minority. So with that said, you might be very
disappointed and you might not be.

From Cosmic Bob in Sedona, AZ: Ghost clip is an easy to do fun effect. As all Rick's work, it is
well thought out and easy to do. The subtlety that he teaches to make the card vanish is worth the
price of the trick, let alone the moving clip which can be used in other effects. I love this trick!

Awesome magic trick . It doesn't use magnates or thread. It is so powerful your friends will freak
out if they see this .

Get it!!!! So much fun to do and watch!!!
This was the 1st effect, I got from Penquin Magic & to be brutally honest... the is a GREAT add
on/throw away effect, that by itself, becomes a puzzle. But, I've used it with
"Supernatural/Bizarre" themed effects. When doing this at the right moment... it FREAKS PEOPLE OUT!
Keep in mind... It's NOT a stand alone type of effect... but, more of a add on, to another effect!
Which is why I gave it only 4-Stars.
