This trick has a couple BIG problems:

First, you can't do this trick for someone on their birthday! The reason is that the premise of the trick is based on you NOT knowing the date of their birthday.

Second, it requires a stacked and dedicated deck. I can't imagine why I would carry a deck stacked in this particular way so I am prepared to do a birthday trick for someone who is not celebrating their birthday.

I turned around and sold this as soon as I got it. Buy Gobsmacked and make it for birthdays. Much more clever and versatile.

I was looking for a specific card trick for birthdays and this hit the mark. I can apply the method to other occasions as well. It takes a little set up but you can be used with an ordinary deck which is really convenient. Deck appears completely shuffled upon set up. No sleights involved. Just a little counting really. Get this if you are looking for a Birthday specific card trick. Worth the price just for the method alone.

No rocket science here, but for a quick-set, quick-draw trick it's a lovely routine. Enough wow-factor to be interesting with enough mystery to be intriguing!
