The Card College series is just quite simply a Must Have for any Card Magician, perhaps simply any
Magician.
The Books are very detailed, very clear, with many clear illustrations to help
you work through the slights step by step.
The format for each Chapter is basically, Part
A Here are a variety of ways to perform a technique, Part B Here are some Tricks that use this
Technique.
You can't go wrong with this series.

Hi. This is your official PenguinMagic reviewer, B_Magic!
The Card College series is
similar to books like "Modern Coin Magic" for coin workers, or "Royal Road to Card Magic" or "Expert
Card Technique" for card guys...it's a MUST HAVE. The book is a staple in card magic that will not
only give you a fantastic start into card magic, but will give you an excellent source of sleights
and effects for years and years to come.
I bought the Card College series years ago, and
even after making a successful living in magic for over a decade now I still benefit from the books.
Everytime I flip through the books I find something new, or something I'd forgotten, or something
that I'm now ready for that I wasn't before.
You simply must get these books. If you are
even reading any reviews on these books just add them to card now. It's well worth it.

A wonderful, wonderful book. I've been doing card magic for about three years and I'm so angry I
didn't get the card college series before now! I thought I'd just buy the first book even though I
most likely knew most of it content already.
And yes, I have I had touched in most of the
sleights before, BUT! On almost every sleight I got lots of tips and I have developed new handling
that has improved the smoothness.
The book is extremely clear, well written and is neatly
illustrated. I wished everyone who wanted to become a good card magician would start with this book.
And for those of you who think you're good enough for it: You most likely aren't.

An excellent book. Exciting at times (so much so that I got volume 2 well before I finished volume 1
so I could start IMMEDIETLY!!) Over 240 pages long. Well worth the price. I plan to get all 5
volumes!

I have not finished reading this yet, but I am almost to the halfway point. I gave this 5 stars
because it is just what you expect, good and it cannot be better considering 4 plus more volumes. It
is teaching the basics in great detail. (I proboly have no idea what the basics are, for I have one
had a course in the keycard, marking your own cards and ya. It is also inspiring, for it inspired me
to get more magic books.
I am only 12 years of age, but I have not gotten anything in this book
that I cant do. Overall, a FANTASTIC BOOK SOFAR. I wouldnt have gotten it if I hadnt got it for
christmas, but if volume 2 was 50 dollars, than I would still get it. Awesome book!

This is a card-worker's bible. Don't hesitate to add every volume to your cart and get started on
the road to card mastery.
Don't even think about the price, it's an investment in your
art, and it's well worth it.

This has helped me so much in developing an asernal of card magic. Even by reading Giobbi's
descriptions of sleights I already knew, I improved them. So yes, read the whole book! It is all
gold material! Cannot find a more clearer and incredibly well structured book on card magic (expect
maybe the next 4 volumes :P)

Card College Volume 1 is a great book for people who are just starting out in magic. In this book
you will learn a ton of moves that will be crucial to your career in magic. In this book you will
learn many important moves such as shuffles, cuts, forces, and many flourishes. This book is crammed
full of material and it will take you quite a while to get through all of the stuff making it well
worth the money.

The "Card College" series of books and dvds are a very effective and efficent way of learning the
art of card magic. Roberto presents the lessons in a clear and concise manner and explains in depth
all the various nuances of each move and sleight. I highly recommend this series, especially for
anyone who has a desire to become a great cardician.

I've been doing magic for over 20 years. Not professionally but as a hobby.
Anyway this is
a great series. Don't have them all yet but plan on getting them. Perfect for beginners but also
good refinement for experienced card guys that overlooked this in the past.
Card College
is to Card magic what Bobo's book is to coin magic.
