Wow! What a great series! Osterlind is a fantastic teacher. This is totally worth your while to
check this out. My only criticism in this lesson was that I couldn't quite clearly see what was
being written on the billets. However, Osterlind's instructions were so clear that it wasn't too
much of a hindrance in learning these moves. And because of that, this gets my highest rating. Five
stars!

Absolutely superb tuition, relaxed style, detailed handling. You will learn THREE major billet
techniques in great detail. Practical step by step handling and lots of variations with the history
and evolution of each.
Worth much much more than the price charged.
Real world
advice from a gentle man and Gentleman!
I will download more of these wonderful lessons.

The most practical work on billets I've ever encountered.Osterlind has a gift for providing real
working methods that allow you to focus on presentation rather than convoluted and unnecessary
moves.

Osterlind presents great material and explains it well. I am very pleased I purchased this. However,
I don't know if it was my Mac or what, but it ranged from difficult to impossible to see any writing
on the paper because of the lighting. You can still figure it all out, but it requires very careful
attention. Again, I hope it was only my screen, not yours. Nonetheless, I have the moves all figured
out and eager to use this material!

One of the best things I ever ordered from Penguin. Inexpensive and freaks people out. All with a
pen and small piece of paper. PCT takes some practice but a slam dunk winner. And you end crazy
clean. Richard is a real talent.

Richard Osterlind is not only a masterful performer, but also a gifted presenter. Combining his
personal experiences and techniques with interesting insights about the effect’s history and
evolution, the presentation is both informative and engaging. The additional effects are as
impressive as the main presentation. Well deserving of five stars. Highly recommend it. Can’t wait
to get his other works. Thank you Richard.

I already have Osterlind's book on the Perfected Center Tear, and I have his Mind Mysteries Vol 1
DVD. I'm only halfway through this video and I already feel like there's enough here to make it
worth what I paid for it. Being able to see Richard do the moves, slowly, is invaluable. Hearing him
describe the history of the effect is also an education in itself. I'm glad I bought it and I'm
looking forward to the rest of the series.

Then why 4 stars?
I have to agree with another viewer - Better photography could have been done.
The white papers are white, very rarely you can see any writing on them.
However, I think
Richard, as always, does a great job with his explanations, his teaching what is necessary for
handling the billets.
Yes, he does a lot of explaining with his Perfected Center Tear, but it is
worth it. I have this on other downloads/DVD's, but it is always worth seeing added refinements.
Great download.
While the information here is an absolute must and having Richard Osterlind showing you himself is
worth well over what this cost, this is 3 different pieces put together, taught separately - CT,
Lighter Switch and AN. These are all things I have from different lectures. I thought this was
offering something other than those 3 things. The subtleties are GREAT and the information is so
valuable, but, again, it just happened that the other lectures I own from Penguin also teaches
these.
