With this 2nd print run in 2015, the BLACK NOC V3S deck utilizes the same features and design of the NOC v3 deck, but with the incredible quality that EPCC continues to develop and enhance. The design of the NOC v3S deck gets to the heart of the cards themselves and eliminates distractions. The deck has a striking back with a solid bar of color and a thin white border.
