I wish people would actually use the trick before writing a review. All these 5 star reviews are
based on very first impressions.
Try to put your debit cards in the slots. Yeah, only two
of the three fit okay while the third is funky.
Now try to put bills inside the wallet.
Yeah, the bills don't even fit! You literally have to fold the bills in half for them to fit in the
wallet. What kind of jank is that?!
The method and trick are great, but don't expect to
walk around and use this as an actual wallet. It's limited in that capacity -- which is laughable
considering the price.
Cheap lather, single weak stitching, and the cheapest,
easiest-to-tear plastic.
I can't beat that fact into the review enough. Great trick, but
awful quality. If you have money to burn, it's a good trick. Just know who ever released this trick
is getting over on every one. I've seen Gucci wallets for this price.
Who ever put this
wallet together should be ashamed. You didn't even make it big enough to fit money! D'oh!

First, the reason I am not an authorized buyer is because I got this wallet at the Penguin Magic
Convention in Charlotte. That being said, I've been using this wallet as my regular wallet, and my
go-to trick, for a little over a year now.
First, considering how long I've been using it,
this wallet is in great shape. The only signs of wear are a little bit of thread from the stitching
that I snipped off, and a little crack in part of the peak mechanism. Neither of these affect the
trick, and they are both barely noticeable.
Second, I'm a college student now, so I don't
carry too many cards or too much cash, but this wallet more than meets my needs. There are 3 card
slots on one side of the wallet, which were tight at first but have now stretched out, and they can
each hold two cards if you need them too. There's also a pocket on the other side of the wallet that
I use to hold two cards and a key. There are two cash compartments as well.
As for the
trick, it fools people. Period. The peak is so well hidden into the routine that people have no idea
how you found out what was written on their card. I purchased a wallet pen to go along with this,
and I get the peak as I put the pen back in the wallet. I'm pretty sure that no one remembers me
going back to the wallet. The card being folded DOES make it much more effective. Showing it still
folded at the end almost gets a second reaction, as they remember, so far as they know, it was never
unfolded, and thus not visible, going into the wallet, while in the wallet, or coming out of the
wallet.
I used this wallet in a scholarship interview last February, and after I had done
my trick, the interviewers were captivated for the rest of the hour. It broke the awkwardness
normally associated with an interview, and they were impressed both by the trick itself, but by how
I managed to use it to hand out my business cards. Needless to say, I got the scholarship.
This trick is the most consistent trick I own, as it never fails to fool, get a reaction, or be
on my person. I've used it in all sorts of scenarios and must have performed it over 100 times by
now. It was well worth the price.

When I received the item, my suspicion was that (without exposing too much of the method) the
mechanical wear of the plastic would last about 8 weeks before it breaks the bend (given it is quite
hard foil, I am sure there are more flexible material options if one is willing to manufacture a
quality product).
Turns out, I was way too optimistic. After just two weeks and less than
20 performances, the bend is completely teared and broken.
Which would be fine in a China
ripoff for 3 bucks, but at this price tag I was sort of hoping for a utility device that would last
me a while.
I thought I was the only one with just bad luck, but at least some other
reviewers and commenters appear to have experienced the same issues. And I feel there are more of
us.
Somehow it seems strange that a product like this should not have been prototyped and
tested extensively for wear and tear before rolling it out.
keliopenshaw, keep us updated
whether there is any hope in having the thing replaced. And Penguin, let us know when you put out a
version 1.2 of the wallet with a different and more thoroughly tested choice of materials.

The method and effect are wonderful along with the size. My only issue would be the construction of
a wallet of this price range ($120.00). Single stitched and after two weeks of owning it, the
plastics have already since dried, cracked and split along the folds. Bummer.

I got this and did the trick right away. The method is easy, undetectable, and simply fantastic.
For me, no more struggling with the Center Tear. This wallet IS a game changer. The fact that the
spectator's card seemingly remains folded is HUGE. My disappointment was the wallet as an everyday
wallet. Solid construction, but simply awkward. The cash compartment is too small, making putting
in or taking out cash a pain. This is kind of basic for a wallet! Holds too few credit cards. But,
the trick is fantastic. Thanks for the great new method.

Menny Lindenfeld's Blind Man's Wallet is a great addition to my EDC - an easy c-t-w (from a zippered
compartment) and, for me, the best part is the reading of a folded card/billet! Stylish, fits in
either a front or back pocket, and leather! Highly recommended!

this wallet is just great i did it yesterday for the first time and you should have seen look the
lady's face, it is really awesome.
I bought it a long time ago. I like it. It works. I believe Some people will think it's a little
pricy, some folks will be just fine with the price. If you book a lot of gigs, it will pay for its
self.
The folded business card peek has such a thicker layer of deception than simply turning the card
face down. It’s harder to reconstruct in the spectators mind.
*the construction is decent
recommend spending 15$ and going to a cobbler have the stitching reinforced and it will last
forever. Had mine going on 3 minds now no issues
*use it for “Eternity” by Emran, why?
Most don’t know this wallet has a great card to envelope feature plus a organic peek that flies
under the radar. Double write / engrave the metal tag slip the tag into the envelope and reveal a
thought of place and time of arrival. For a one or two person effect
