I was skeptical of this, but decided to try it. Unfortunately, the ONLY way to use this is with your
stockinged-foot. You also need to either buy a magnetic quarter from Penguin, or construct one by
gluing a washer to the back of a real quarter. There is slight-of-hand necessary to this trick. It
cannot be done without removing your shoe, nor be done wearing (white, cotton) gloves. All this
makes it unusable for me, but your venue might be different.

I bought this without realizing misdirection is required (not shown in the trailer). Also, you can
only perform it with your sock and cannot be wearing a shoe for the vanish. I hate that it is not
repeatable, too! I will not use this.

Love Penguin Magic.
This illusion is not good in the US. I think that's all I have to say.
Still Love Penguin though!

If you like the raven then you might like this, but you cant reset the gimmick if you want to do it
over and over again. This is pretty much a one time trick that you would just end with. What I liked
best about the video is how to get a signed coin into a signed playing card and then held by the
spectator which was pretty awesome, so this wasn't a total waste of money for me. I would have given
this trick 4 stars, but in the description they were saying that this is a utility device that's
limited only by your imagination. This simply isn't true because you are very limited to only using
small materials similar to the ones that you would use for the raven.

I am very sorry to give this trick a bad review because it is actually a very good trick, IF you can
make it work.
I have tried and tried and tried but the results are not good enough to include
this in my act.
And even if it worked perfectly I don't think it is a practical and reliable
trick. Not a worker's matterial.

I use widow in combination with the nest of wallets. After i take my shoe off and put the coin on
the floor covering it with my foot. I say lets make this more impossible and I go for the wallet in
my pocket. When I present the wallet and put it in the shoe, the attention is on the shoe and wallet.
In the midst of this I do the vanish. No one ever sees it.

Widow can be performed barefoot in shorts!!!
Yes there is a little misdirection, you look the
spectator in the eyes as you vanish the coin, thats it.
Signed coin in signed card will get
amazing reactions every time as the coon appears inside the signed card they have been holding the
whole time. One second coin on floor the next second it is inside the card!!

This trick is very cool! It's so clever. I've never seen anything like it before! The gimmick is
very durable, and is so subtle with just a tiny bit of misdirection you can pull this off! ADD IT TO
CART!

I don't know what I should say. I like the coin in card and i will use that a lot. i will not use
the coin in shoe, this because i think it is is kind of weird for a spectator to reach into my
possibly smelly shoe. The gimmick is very cool and gets the job done. I just think making it
disappear with your foot is a little weird. However for the coin in card i must give this a high
mark. I might not use the gimmick as intended, but i will use it in my own way.
