Good routines, but hard to read Report this review

I enjoyed the effects in this download, but every single page had gross errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation. TC could have used a mediocre proofreader before he sent out this manuscript.

Just an example: "bowwow a card" What the heck? I can "borrow" a card, but I have yet to figure out how to bowwow a card.

Again, the effects are good, but it is frustrating to read something with such little regard to the English language. Thus, I couldn't give it five stars.

Good inspiration, but... Report this review

I really love storytelling in magic - this is what brought me to magic (and this download) in the first place. The text (while at some points hard to read) is a really great inspiration. I use two of the routines and developed new presentations for other tricks in my repertoire based on the stories in this book. In other words: This download is well worth my money and I would download it again.

Why 4 and not 5 stars? Some of the routines are presentation ideas for marketed items I don't own and in one case never even heard of so these are not really useable for me. That's why I gave it 'only' 4 stars.
