This trick if followed and practiced several times can be totally mind blowing.
Sadly in my case and being a senior citizen aged 77 and with some athritic problems in my hands; this will take me a little longer to perfect.
But I will persevere; my best magic days are behind me, but for you youngsters, this is a Go get piece of magic I would reccommend MELT to anyone who loves the magic of Card manipulation.

Well first of all, this works with pretty much any type of bill, doesn't have to be US. The secret is very simple, and you will be able to perform it in a couple of minutes.

Only things you need are items commonly found in your house (probably can't name them or else it would get edited, but you either have them or you can quickly get them). The gimmick takes about 30 seconds to make, and there is nothing that can really go wrong. What might be a problem for you, though, is that you need 3 exactly same cards, but that shouldn't be a big problem either.

I'm always looking for visual magic that is angle-safe, resets, has audience participation ... and that doesn't load down my pockets.
"Melt" is perfect for walk-around.
You can do it for kids (most card tricks are too abstract).
You can do it at a noisy party.
You don't need a table.
It's different.
It's easy.
Plus bill effects increase tips.

I love effects like this where you can concentrate completely on presentation and not worry about some knuckle-busting move. The handling here is so natural throughout the effect that you'll never even have to think about it after you've practiced a few minutes. The construction of the gimmick takes almost no time, is fairly sturdy, and is pretty much undetectable. The fact that you hand out both the card and dollar afterward for inspection only sells the effect that much more. Top it all off with the fact that the effect practically resets itself naturally, and you've got a winner.
