Much like my favorite illusion ( Panic) from Penguin Magic-this is highly optical- can't believe
what I'm seeing when in front of the mirror! kind of makes me wonder why there aren't a zillion
reviews regarding this effect. !!! Couldn't even believe that it would be as inexpensive as 14$ VERY
SURPRISED that a costumer complained about cost- reaction- priceless!!!!!!-( Beginners - nooooo
problem- you can do it with a Deck of Cards too!!

Only two reviews for this? What a terrific visual illusion - and so easy to do. Sure, the
multilingual instructions and video quality are a little rough, but it won't matter. It's not a
complex kit. The end result though is fantastic - I keep smiling and fooling myself performing it in
the mirror. I spend wayyy too much money on Penguin and rarely write reviews - this one deserves
more, so here you go. Well done.

Don't ask questions just buy this. I've had this for a few weeks and it's great.
You can pull
it through a phone or a deck of cards.
The method and handling are both very simple. You'll
have fun just doing this in the mirror fooling yourself.
Don't be disappointed by what is
in the box, you're basically paying to learn how to do the trick but I think it's worth it.

Youtubers have ruined this illusion by exposing it. Not just one, but several popular youtubers with
major followings have exposed this. Sad, because this is amazing.

An excellent effect - fooled everyone I showed - and a great price for once!

The gimmick is small, so simple & easy to palm, best from other gimmicks. You could making silk
passing thru any others objects, great , but the price better if it could be 10$, the link tutorial
sending you to youtube, so it's not secret , anyone can watch for free.anyway The effect is great

I love this illusion and I found reactions to be incredibly strong. The gimmick is simple and easy
to hide. However I caught myself being too comfortable with it in the early stages of doing the
illusion. Thankfully my daughter busted me on it and not a paying crowd. I took away a star because
I did not like the way the tutorial was introduced on YouTube. You'll see what I mean. Over all
though, I love it, it is highly visual and looks so impossible. The reactions are a blast, but be
careful not to get too comfortable with the handling.
I saw a friend perform this trick and had no idea how it was done. After ordering it from Penguin,
I carry it everywhere and continue to get jaw dropping responses. Great illusion!
What you get is the clever gimmick, a silk that may not be the same quality as in the video, and a
link to some demos and instructions.
That the silk doesn't appear to be the same is
important. The one I received is a bit on the translucent side and that helps to reveal the method
when I'm pulling it through a phone. It isn't a sure thing that anyone would notice, nobody has
yet, but I don't see that problem "appears" with the silk used for the videos.
For me, the
videos were poorly done. You get to them with a shortened link. Mine was
http://m.site.naver.com/010lgq. (That wasn't the real link, just an example of what it looks like.)
That gets me to a video that I can't download. The seven minutes of instruction are poorly lit,
shot with a cell phone (I'm guessing), and narrated alternately in an Asian language, a different
Asian language, and occasionally a language that might be English. From the length of each
description it is pretty clear that aside from not being at all clear, the English speakers are
being shortchanged in the details department.
All that said, this thing is pretty easy to
figure out, even from what is provided. You really can make it look like you're pulling a silk
through just about anything. There is some setup but you can have that done ahead of time and in
your pocket (if you're very careful) or a performance case. Reset takes a second but needs to be
done out of sight.
It's a decent enough trick and I felt the instructions provided do a
disservice to people who chose to buy the "official" version as opposed to the many, far less
expensive knockoffs that are available.

Although the effect is fantastic, getting the download is a problem. The site that comes with the
instructions doesn't work, and you will have to get in touch with Penguin for an alternate site. If
you are ok with typing loads of numbers and letters to open the site then this trick is for you. I
was not able to save the site afterwards. Oh well enough said.
