This is definitely my second favorite card trick of all time.
I have done this to my parents
several times. They are quite observant, since I would practice and fail with them when I started
magic, but this trick, they have never figured out. They are baffled each and every time.
This is not a trick that leaves the audience screaming with exitement, but it truly leaves the
biggest impression. This isn't a trick where the audience thinks "I didn't see what he did, but he
did SOMETHING". Nope, this trick truly leaves people baffled. They will think and they will think,
but they will never have the slightest clue.
As to difficulty, I say "not at all". It does
require practice, but once you got it down, there is a VERY low risk of failure and an even lover
risk of being exposed.
Yes, this trick requires some memorization. I am not going to tell
you how much, but let me tell you about me instead.
-I can only remember my own eye color and my
brother's
-I can only remember my own phone number and my mother's
-Sometimes when I force
cards, I forget which card I forced
-If you told me the 4 digit code to your phone, I would most
likely not be able to remember it long enough to unlock your phone. 6 digits and there is NO way I
could
- If you told me your adress, I would not be able to repeat it to you, even if you said it
3 seconds ago.
As you can guess, I have terrible memory. But this trick is no problem for
me.

This trick is wonderful. It is a fooler of both magicians as well as laymen. It is one of the most
cleverly constructed tricks I have ever seen or read about. The trick is not the sort that you do
at every table or in every set of a walk around gig. It is the one you pull out for the agent or
the host of the party. You will leave them fried and feeling as if they have seen real magic.
Dani uses his personality to greatly present the piece. You may need to work on it to make it
fit your personality, but when you do, you will have a masterpiece. Combine this with Ortiz's
method for getting into the Si Stebbins order from a new deck and you could start you own religion.
One of the best things I have ever bought from Penguin, and I have a lot. Highly recommended.

You'll need to know a stack. If you do, this is a real fooler. Fun for you and the spectators.

Hi,
This is one of those tricks that works, and you have no idea how or why it keeps
working: you can fool yourself with it! Dani's routine is suburb. Once you know and learn the
underlying technique involved it is very simple to do. The hardest part, if you can call it that, is
learning how to work with the audience. I gave this trick 4 stars because I had a very hard time
understanding what Dani is saying throughout much of the instruction video: he is a fast talker with
a hard accent, and I was afraid that I would miss something important. If it were not for that I
would give this trick 5 stars. I recommend this to everyone.

This trick is really amazing. It's ALL about the presentation you give towards your spectators. Give
the feeling you really don't care about what happens to the cards.
Your presentation can
really throw off practically any magician and completely baffle laymen! The method that you need to
learn... lets just say it's not as hard as you would think ;)

Love this. It does require some chops, but if you are confident and have good audience management,
it crushes. You will have to put some work into this. Mr. DaOrtiz is fun to watch and is a good
teacher. His presentation is so good. I use the "Or Not" theme but added a few of my own subtleties.
It just leaves people speechless after the revelation. So good. It just seems so fair. If you are
looking for an affordable card crushing effect, this is what you were looking for. The one method
taught in here to gain a "peek" is worth the entire cost of admission. Just clever. Glad this is now
in my tool box. Put it in yours...

...from Dani DaOrtiz! I will admit that I am a tremendous fan of Señor DaOrtiz and look forward to
his releases with great eagerness. This follows in the fashion of his previous work as
straightforward and highly practical. No difficult sleights or memorization. Very fooling.
One
downside is that it is not entirely impromptu, so that maybe a factor to consider for those who like
to work "from a shuffled deck in use".
Highly recommended as this could easily be a reputation
maker.
Thanks for sharing Dani DaOrtiz!

Dani is a great thinker!! Great teacher!! Great performer!!
I've been using the same principle
for 20+ years and Dani fooled me bad! This was easy to introduce to my repertoire cuz I know the
principle. The performance aspect is worth the price of the trick! Purchase this trick now! ... Or
Not! Doesn't matter to me! It's your life!

I highly recommend it if you use a stack.
Otherwise no!
