The gimmick for this is absolute genius. Not what I was expecting at all. You could not build this
gimmick very easily. I haven't performed yet for a real audience. The ad copy says "Super easy to
do". I don't agree. Getting a smooth animation requires practice and I won't perform for others
until I get it controlled and consistent. I wonder how robust the gimmick will be until it breaks.
There's at least one component i'm concerned about. 5 stars for just learning the secret and being
pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to try on a real audience, and then I can say more.

First, and so far my only complaint, the instructions are on murphy's magic and not in my penguin
downloads. I'd love to at least be able to discuss it if not view it with penguin peeps.
Now the good stuff!
This trick works the way I expected it to. But is so slick and clearly
well researched and field tested. I opened the gimmick and knew exactly how it worked and what I
needed to do. Another cool thing is they have hand tested each one and set it up to be show ready
with the 8 of H. So I had confidence in the hand made product. But I still went to the instructions.
Are you a new magician? Because that's an important step lol
Instructions, crystal clear
and broken up into sections you can skip back and forth between. I had no trouble understanding and
watching the break down of this effect. Every step, beat and motion has been tried tested and
justified. From safely setting up to the desired values and letters to performance
instructions(every step and why) to the close and clean up that leaves you ready for your next card
trick. And guys, there is lots of bonus material for the beginners out there to have success.
The reset, takes seconds. Find the time to do it, find a way to do it secretly between tables.
(It isn't instant and it does take 2 hands) Or just do it once between breaks back stage. AndYes!
it takes a longer time and is more involved to change the marks that appear. But I'd say, have your
assistant do it for you back stage while you patter or just commit to forcing one card that night.
Durability? Ok, so don't sit on this thing. Keep it in a shirt pocket and protected. But
there isn't anything that can really fail on you. And if it did, you could easily repair most of it
yourself. But clunky is not the word to discribe it. It's as thin and elegant as it can be. Angles?
Dude every trick has an angle that doesn't work or should at least be avoided. This guy has
virtually 1 angle that's bad, and it's easily covered.
I am a full time working magician.
This trick is great. And I'm happy to clairify anything I've written for those who are afraid of the
poor reviews. I'm glad I bought it. And I have friends I will refer it to.

This trick is different from anything else I've seen in my life, and it's something totally
unexpected for the audience. If u find a good personal (I like mystical...) presentation you can
really create powerful magic. One of the top trick of my life. The gimmick is well made and easy to
carry. The dvd explains everything in details as always from Paul Harris Magic. About the
presentation, there are many coolest idea you can come up, but it's up yo you!! You have a great
tool in your hand and now the possibilities are infinite!!!!!!!

The gimmick is not what I expected but pretty ingenious and simple in working, top notch. The set up
however does need to be prepared out of sight which makes it a challenge for a strolling performance
if you want to reveal someones initials which is the best effect to perform. If youre creative you
can figure out a way to get the info and with time misdirection get the set up done and perform the
effect. Just know that its not automatic. Youll either force the reveal or prepare out of sight to
reveal initials or a non forced card or number.
Bringing the gimmick in and out of play is
simple as taught by Bro but its not possible to have it in the deck at all times.
Its only a
matter of practice to get a smooth animation as it is a manual technique.
The effect is worth
the preparation and it looks just as in the trailer!
Overall great effect for ingenuity and
ease of use in function, however you cant prepare in front of spectator in order to reveal nonforced
information.

This is great. I would say it’s more like a 4.8 star. Many say it’s fragile (and it is sort of) but
as long as you take care of it there will be great reactions.
Its just what you see in the trailer .... literally what you see is what you get.....Just out of
the box thinking by chris...and the genius touch of paul harris just made the gimmick thinner and
more easier to use...
A brilliant trick and so easy to do, hardly any practise needed ! you can do it straight out of the
box, looks real spooky under the right conditions IE: low lighted room.
I would highly recommend
it.
The effect is a wonderful concept but the gimmick is clunky/bulky and was made substandard. trick is
very angle sensitive and their review trailer makes it seem like everything is self contained/ends
clean. You need a bunch of set up and performance conditions must be perfect. no way to keep gimmick
set. Wish i could get a refund.
Bought into then hype and the demo. It's okay not the best Paul Harris has put out. It's easy to do
the moves but I'm not sure I'll be using this. Not sure about the gimmick still?!?
