This works exactly how you (and laymen) thinks it does. You can find hundreds of these in Martin
Gardner's encyclopaedia of impromptu magic. Way too over priced for something you could find on the
back of a cereal box.

Nice new forcing principle. Well explained and with lots of presentation ideas for stage and 1-on-1
setting. Well produced video with the right amout of detail. You even get a detailed PDF extra free.
It is great that you end clean, which is not the case with many other billet techniques.
Thanks to the wording advice, with proper audience management it works well with most
spectators. However, there is a good chance that difficult or confused spectators may mess it up and
unfortunately I didn't see any advice for that situation in the video.
The principle
itself gives you a 1-in-4 force. That is of course not nearly as impresssive as a 1-in-52 card
force. So it is almost mandatory to combine it with other techniques to make it an impressive
effect.
Another issue is with the angles when tearing the billet. Especially when they hold
the billet almost vertically. Occasionally the surprise information is revealed too early to the
people around you.
All these points make it an ok effect that requires quite a bit of
focus on the spectator when handling the billet.

I have not taken time in the past to write a review but had to do it for Torce. I wrote a book
called "The Magician's Ultimate Secret Weapon" about using Equivoque, perhaps better known as "The
Magician's Choice." Very few magicians are able to use that principle successfully and use it so
that it is NOT obvious. It is a small PART of Torce. Nevertheless, the Torce routines, and there are
many, carries it in a new and different direction. It becomes the best possible routines with your
business cards, but you are not limited to business cards. If you don't have business cards, you
will run out and get some, or print them on your computer, just to have the fun of using Torce!
Torce is that strong! The video explanations and tricks are well done and are EASY to understand and
to perform! Better still, they have a strong impact on REAL WORLD AUDIENCES. Please - do YOURSELF a
huge favor and buy Torce - you will be glad you did!

Force really is a great idea, super simple, super direct and very fooling. The best bit is that this
is so adaptable, this goes so well with my anything routine, they marry together so well I think I
will perform them together for a very long time. Jamie, this is awesome, 'A great principle, solid
thinking and a real, gosh darn it why didn't I think of it idea!'
Thank you, if you are
looking for a simple, easy to perform, versatile mentalism effect then buy this, you won't be
disappointed.

it is a very nice effect and very well explained. Easy to do with just a little Setup which you can
do in front of the spectator if needed. There are a lot of possibilities to put youre own ideas in
it. Jamie Daws did a very good job with it. I would like to see more stuff like that. My english
isn't so good so better i shut up now. Buy it. It is a bargain at this price and i don't think that
someone will regret it. No old mentalism system i see here. Have fun with it like i have. :-)

Should be called Farce Force. Tried on my test spectators, and as I suspected they saw through it
immediately. Is there a money back guarantee?

Not only the best trick I've ever bought for under $10 -but a great concept worth sooo much more.
While I'm grateful to have learned this trick I'm hesitant to tell others about it cause it's sooo
good I want to keep it all to myself. And I'm a giver. Bravo Jamie Daws. You da man!

I love Living and Dead routines and I already have several in mind using this. You have made me a
master medium with this force. Thank you so much!

The method for this is so simple, i was left thinking "why didn't I think of that". That is what
makes this principal so brilliant.
Like all things mentalism, without solid performing
skills and audience management this can very well fall flat, but with the right presentation this is
a really neat idea to give the spectator plenty of options to "freely" choose from and seemingly end
up tearing a "random" corner of a card (or any other suitable item).
I already have
routines in my performances that i will be adding this to. Although the download comes with some
pretty decent routines, i think the real strength in this simple technique is in its versatility,
being able to adapt it to many different effects is what makes this a gem.
I set this up
during performance infront of the spectators and they havn't a clue in the sleightest!
Five stars!
