After waiting over a month to receive this, I am deeply disturbed by what I got.

The box it comes in was the best part. Actually, the first thing I thought when I saw the box was, "I wish they would have opted for a simple cardboard box, and lowered the price $15-$20."

Then I opened the box, and saw the instructions that seemed to have been written on by a drunk four-year-old. I guess Mr. Tjiu was too busy thinking about the price he planned to be charging, or that frickin wooden box it came in, to care about using a spell checker.

After deciphering the confusing instructions, I tried to place a coin in. Stuck. Whatever that mechanism is inside is jammed in, and won't move. Yup, that's right: After month's of waiting, the damn thing didn't work.

Before receiving Leap, I read multiple reviews about the crappy instructions and the thing breaking, but I stayed with my purchase because I'm a Penguin supporter. I regret buying this thing, and hope that I can return it. My only hope is that I stop YOU from buying this thing. It's just not worth it.

There are better ways to impress your audience than relying on a contraption that will most likely crap out on you mid-show. Empty your cart.

The product is actually quite nice.

On the other hand, I am very disappointed in the omission of coins specs by Penguin.

Penguin failed to mention that anything larger than a quarter (approximately) will NOT work with this box. The limit is 26mm.

So, for all you Half Dollar / Dollar performers this NOT for you.

This is an old effect that has been up dated at its best. You probably own one of the original, but this blows everything out the back door.this looks so real I can't stop performing this for myself. My name is dope magic and I left a performance on youtube under the same title ass the name of the trick. This is a must buy, but good luck finding one.

Let me start off by saying that this is more of a 3.8 than a 3 rating. The visual of the coin through glass is nice but the preparation is not as easy as it may seem. I don't want to give away anything but basically... I got a bruise on my finger (which isn't a big deal but it got frustrating). I did this on my instagram page and it got good reaction. Also, the gimmick can be pretty sensitive so be careful when performing.

I love the fancy box.
I had no problem with loading it.
The instructions are minimal. They should have been written by someone who’s primary language is English.

How do you trigger it so it looks like the demo?
I can probably figure it out but for the price there should be a detailed video.
Maybe they can produce one and add it to my personal list.
Then I would give it 5 Stars.

I feel bad about not giving this 5 stars but it could be better.
1. I can’t access the instructions from my regular Penguin list.
I have to go to a separate web site.
2. There is a blue replacement card box but to change from red to blue, you have to destroy the red box.I might want to go back at some point.
3. I wish the instructions were dubbed in addition to subtitled.

If it were just one of these, I Would have given it 5 stars. I wish I could have given it 4 and 1 half stars.

I bought this from another retailer but I normally shop at Penguin (due to a sale) but man...this is an awesome effect! Plus, I normally am too lazy to write a review but this one is an exception.
It's very easy to do and it has a strong kicker to it.
I'll be frank, when I first opened the box, I was clueless in what the heck to do. I watched youtube videos so I know what the effect was but I had no idea on how to do it. The shocking thing was that the instructions was on a piece of paper and was no help whatsoever.
I was about to ditch the gimmick in frustration and I decided to contact the creator - Agus Tjiu.

OMG...he helped me out SOOOOO much and now it's a total breeze and explained everything to me. I know what to do and I love the effect. For a creator to help a small fry like me out, he's a great guy.

Sooooo yeah, I was clueless at first but it's a real no-brainer. It'll 10-20min or so on how to do the effect but in the end, it'll be worth it. It's a must buy!

I got this today and was most impressed with this ingenious device! Innocent looking yet very effective. I showed my wife and her jaw dropped open. She loved it! I plan to incorporate this into my regular routines.

The instructions, however, were BEYOND terrible. They remind me of the poor Chinese or Japanese translations of the 60's. In today;s world, tricks need to have well-done VIDEO explanations and instructions. The grammar was non-existent; the spelling errors unacceptable. The sentence and paragraph structure - worse than childish! I gove it minus 5 stars for the instructions. He should pass on the fancy and unnecessary plastic box it comes in and hire a good English translator to do the instructions, or better yet a good video producer.

But the trick itself is awesome.

I agree with empty cart's review. Save your money. If you can get this thing to work. Your a better man than me.

Great quality! This trick is amazing. I am plating with this and thinking in all the possibilities. I believe is by far the best trick of the year. By the way, I contacted Agus Tjiu, he is a great guy! Don't think twice, buy it before is gone!!
