I have been performing the Mercury fold for years. It is a tried and true principle and I am very
good at it. That said, when performing for magicians, it stands out. This new fold gets you to the
same place but with an entirely different method. I can't wait to try this out. Great video, nice
pdf and several routines. Very well done and highly recommended.

The Mercury Card Fold has always been one of my favorite moves so I was interested in seeing this
update. The big selling point was that it can be done in action. In thinking about it, already do my
MCF in action and I thought everyone did. I'm honestly surprised that most people don't. Hey
Penguin! Want me to release my in action Mercury Fold with you? 😂
The angles are fantastic
but I think the angles on the Mercury Fold are better.
It seems to me like this is
slightly quiter than a Mercury Fold but that will probably depend on your speed.
It does
require two actions instead of one and it is slightly harder.
A big advantage is that you
can do a face down fold from a face down deck. For some routines that's a massive plus.
Although
it isn't taught, a slight shift will make the card folded with the face out for those who prefer it
that way.
One thing worth noting is that it folds the card the other way first which may or
may not suit your interests.
While it's not a hard move it is harder than a Mercury Fold.
It is however, slightly easier to do neatly.
All in all, your mileage will vary. Some will
consider this a life changer. Others will wonder why it was released. If you're unhappy with your
Mercury Card Fold, by all means by it. If you're happy with yours, skip it unless you have a routine
that requires getting a face in card folded from a face down deck.

I don't give 5 stars unless there is something that really stands out. In this case there are 2
things that stand out. The first, and it may be jus the that appreciates it, is that you get both an
18 minute video and a 9 page pdf, with that teach the move. You can learn from the video then follow
along in the pdf as you work through it. To me this is a big plus.
Second, this is an
improvement on what we all take from granted. we've all struggled through the mercury card fold,
ending up with sloppy results and suspicious moves. this fixes that, you are doing the fold right in
front of them as they are burning your hand, and it is sooo clean.
a few routines that use
this move are taught, all of them card to impossible location. Moth, coin purse, Altoids-like tin,
any impossible location. Mike's thoughts on that are invaluable.
Buy this, you won't regret
it.

As a magician that frequently struggles with the mercury fold, I found KFC to be a welcomed gift for
producing a fold with an easier method.
Michael Does a fantastic job teaching this effect.
I'm already practicing it as I have several tricks that need a more polished fold effect such as
KFC.

I never enjoyed using other card folds. I love the heck out of this one! It's very fun to do because
you can be FEARLESS with it!

In my opinion it is always good to play with new variations. This card fold has some nice ideas.
Michael rushed through the explanations so it seemed a bit sloppy sometimes, especially to the end.
I stick to C-fold but as i wrote earlier it is still good value!

While it's always good to have more than one way to skin a cat. What difference does the method make
if no one ever sees it? KFC is a great fold, but, so is the MCF. I can't in all fairness say one is
easier than the other. They both take a considerable amount of effort to learn. (At least for me
anyway.) KFC or POPEYE'S it's all chicken to me. Take your pick.

This is a nice video and the move is very well explained and shown. There is no doubt that this
will deliver a card folded into quarters right into your hand.
I have been using the mercury
fold for years and have done it at paid gigs thousands of times. I don't think that this is better
than the M Fold. You may find it better or easier, I didn't.
All in all a good download, but it
won't be taking the place of my Mercury fold (or the Scarne fold for those who are interested).

I don't do card folds at present, but one day I might need the technique, hence I bought the
download. I was so impressed with Michael's method and its simplicity that I can't wait to practice
it on one of my increasing number of old card decks with which I am wondering what do do.
The
demonstration is first class. The effects taught along with the technique are awesome.
I am so
glad yet again that I purchased KFC
