This trick was fantastic when I had first received it. It confused everyone and allowed audience
participation. However, I went to use it after a couple of weeks of being out away and the modeling
clay had lost its bounce!!! The only way I could make sense of this is that it was getting too hot
where I had it stored, but it did not get above 75F. This made me upset that I had got only my $10
worth out of this $30 trick. This trick would have gotten an easy 5 stars if it would have been made
to last.
This trick is one of my favorites. It is easy to carry around as well as perform. When performed
well, the spectator is mind blown by the end of the trick and has no clue how you did it. The only
reason this trick does not receive five stars is because of its price. It is more of a $20 trick,
but with the results I have found that you are paying for the impact of the trick and not exactly
the props.
I saw Daryl perform this at his Millennium lecture back in 99 and immediately feel in love with this
effect. I have been performing it ever since and it always gets great reactions. This is the best
application of the bounce no bounce balls you will ever see plus his added bonus that makes this
version unique. This is also a fun routine to perform, it works well in platform and table hopping
it’s been a main stay in my act for over 10 years now, if you're looking for something different
that is inexplicable for your spectators this is a great trick to get.
