Would be helpful if Penguin put the size in the description. I can just about palm the cup and do a production of it and I have small hands. Will work fine for close up, but I was looking for something more parlour/street performance.

Will fit a small lemon for final production (I'll be using a lime then lemon)

This is a perfect match for the copper cups and balls by Premium Magic great price and quality .Again the copper gives a great old world feel .

The cup is beautiful and perfectly matches the 3 cups I got for cups and balls (for combo routine). But the chop gimmick is very sensitive, you have to make sure you place the ball perfectly to get it to work and even then there's a risk the ball will not stay where it's supposed to. As a cup, it is very nice e, but I guess I'll have to bite the spending bullet if I want to do a combo--unless someone has some tip or suggestion.

My Chop Cup (Copper)came in today’s mail even earlier than expected .. THANKS PENGUIN MAGIC! The white cardboard box that it was in had a picture of the Chop Cup and two balls on the front. Upon opening the box, I found the cup and balls were safely and adequately secured in packing with written instructions inside. The cup was actually somewhat smaller than I expected (standing 3” tall with a mouth opening of 2.5”) but I was not disappointed because, although just a little smaller than the ‘standard’ size Chop Cups I own and have seen, I know it will work well in my close-up venues. The exterior of the cup has a nice shiny copper look with no flaws. The interior has the expected dull copper look with no ‘splotches’ (which I like). All in all, the cup is very good looking and ‘nice for the price’! The two red crocheted balls look good but I found the gimmicked ball to be weak and it didn’t adhere to the bottom of the cup very well. I substituted two other balls and the substituted gimmicked ball works perfectly. I guess I’m a Chop Cup geek and I own a number of cups made of brass, leather, aluminum, plastic and wood but I didn’t have a copper looking cup. This Premium Magic Chop Cup (Copper)offered by Penguin Magic certainly fills the void and is a welcomed addition to my collection. Don’t let the amazing price fool you. There are certainly more expensive Chop Cups on the market, but this Chop Cup can be proudly used by beginners and professionals alike.
