The glass dropper is a cleverly designed utility device that Rocco uses to reach into his jacket and produce a wine glass of liquid in his routines. Details are taught on his DVD, Rocco Live at the Crazy Horse. The dropper holds the glass in place until needed.

The lack of any instruction (beyond where to clip) is unfortunate. I don't know if Rocco uses this with some cover, or if he just makes a bald grab for the glass for the novelty of pulling a glass out from inside a coat. If cover is intended, a suggestion or two would be useful. The spring on the device is weak, and can be unreliable.
