It's a simple and deceptive idea which you can use for a multitude of effects. As explained, you
can use this idea with any borrowed deck, without any preparation. The video quality isn't the
greatest but you can learn the control easily. Really simple for all levels and a couple of routine
ideas are included.

First of all the trailer is very honnest. The Newton's Touch is easy to understand and to achieve,
but for it to look comfortable it will take a few times to get your hand used to the few easy moves
needed. It's not fully angle proof, but there is really not much to worry about. It isn't a trick in
itself, it is a sneaky tool that will help your spectator experiencing some impossible moments. It
can be used in many different ways from a straight on color change to a sophisticated reveal for
mentalism. And it is so versatile it can be used with a totally normal deck of cards as an impromptu
effect, or with some preparation in advance to be a part of much more complicated routines. It is a
"small tool", but it can add a lot to your card effects.
The biggest limitation seems to me to
be that it shouldn't be used too often. Better keep this tool ready but not shoot it at every
occasion because there could be some heat upon the method used.
The PDF file is good, the
instructions are clear and illustrated by a few pics. The 20mins video's quality isn't awesome but
there is no problem following the moves and the jam session brings some cool ideas. The only reason
I took one star off is that the audio quality could be better... It is quite unbalanced and even if
I'm sure it won't be an issue for many people, english isn't my first language and I had to rewind a
few times to make sure I heard it all.
I would recommend using the Newton's Touch, it might seem
humble but it sure can get some cool reactions.

Incredible utility! Perfect for so many effects, this method is absolutely brilliant. Another win by
Luke Jonas!

Easy trick that makes use of an ages-old problem with cards for the magician's benefit. The
handling is simple to learn. Angles aren't too bad. There is a tiny bit of audience management
required with a mildly unnatural move and the card box cannot be examined at any time. Other than
that, beginners should love this method for many tricks that would otherwise need a more standard
force of some sort.

I had the luxury of being taught this by Luke, himself, during a zoom meeting. This effect is so
simple to perform, but blows the mind of nearly every spectator. I love this, and I'm sure you will,
too!!
This is a really clever and practical principle for a card switch essentially performed under the
yes of the spectator!
