Doesn’t work. Electronics are so delicate and slapped together that I’d be surprised if one out of
ten survived shipping. Instructional video is 45 seconds long, and basically shows you where the
charging port is and how to push a button on a remote. Returning it isn’t enough; I want to throw it
at the creators head. What a scam. Avoid this item.

Tried 2 of these from Penguin Magic and both were extremely poor quality. Penguin Magic gave me a
store credit so no harm and they even gave me a few bonus pics for my trouble. I have not heard
anything good from others about this bell. Same experiences as mine.

Will not charge. it is a cheaply made paperweight. That is not Penguins fault, I will be contacting
PM when they open for an exchange. We were going to use it in a show tomorrow night. It seems like
every second or third thing that comes from somewhere over the water is junk.

Worked great a few times, then the clapper fell out. Since it's held into the bell with a very tiny
wire, there was no way to reconnect it. Penguin gave me store credit, and I plan to order another
when it's back in stock. Overall, I really like it (when it's intact!).

As soon as it was available I've quickly ordered one,
It's hand made and looks as in the video
demo.
You'll get only 48 seconds video explanation on how to switch the device on & off , and
how to push 2 buttons , mine came with three buttons on the remote.
He Didn't explain how much
time it needed to be recharged , and as recharging if the red light need to stay or change color
when it's fully recharged !?
My Conclusion:
So after full recharging my device about 15 to
20 minutes the red light will change to blue color meaning it's full recharged.
The price is ok
, the product works well and it has a great ringing sound.
