Magic Shop San Diego is beyond excited to release this wonderful version of the classic Brainwave effect!

The Brainwave deck is a classic for a reason, but there are some flaws that are hard to get around. What Allen Garcia, aka cntrl_shft, has put together with this new version of Brainwave is something that I am sure you will agree completely revamps and improves this classic effect to a whole new level.

Here is what happens:

You begin by asking your spectator to IMAGINE a deck of playing cards. After shuffling the imaginary deck in their mind, you ask the spectator to think of a card. Once the spectator locks a card in mind you then point out a deck that has been sitting on the table the entire time and never touched by the magician. You ask the spectator to open up the deck, the magician still has no knowledge of what the card is, and asking the spectator to spread through the deck and find their thought of card. The card is removed from the deck and the deck is then turned over to show clearly that all the cards in the deck are red except for one card. The spectator turns over the card that they merely thought of and it is the only card with a blue back!

The trailer leads you belive ANY card can be named. False. For the trick to work they have to pick one of the 8 cards you name. Not 52. Not one they just think of. IT must be one of 8. Total waste of money. So disappointed watching the heavily edited trailer thinking the trick was a miracle.
