I have one from the 60s that was setup for bridge size cards. Kids and adults enjoy this as long as
you personalize the duck, I have given her a name and do some by play. She tries and sometime
succeeds to bite my finger, she sometimes gets nervous and I encourage the audience to start
chanting her name to give her the confidence to find the card. Of course mine has been doing it so
long she can even do it blindfolded. Think of it as a puppet and the possibilities are almost
endless. Well worth the price.

You can have the deck shuffled and then add your force cards to strengthen the weak magic, but solid
magic is not why you do this routine. For the right crowd, a family crowd with kids and adults, this
can be fun, comedic, and, if done right, mysterious. The prop works well, its sturdy, and funny
looking. If you work for families or kids, I would not pass this by

I have had a card duck for years. I sold my card duck to a friend and he has had good luck with his.
I now have a new card duck and it is awesome.
Nice prop for kids shows. I had a card duck not as nice and sold it years a go. I like this duck a
lot.
