Overall I was pretty pleased with this DVD. It will give you lots to work on. Some of the
performers, such as David Roth and Michael Rubenstein are household names among magicians, others
are not. There is a lot of technique discussed here. There is even a whole forum devoted to the edge
grip. I felt that all the performers had something to offer. If there is a negative to this DVD it
is the sound quality is sometimes not perfect. In fact the DVD sometimes contains a note apologizing
for the sound quality indicating that it is a live performance and sometimes things aren't perfect.
Also, at times the coins are difficult to see from a distance. They do closeups, but often pan out
to give you the overall picture of the performance. However these are small things and generally the
DVD is informative and interesting. If you love coin technique, you will like this video. Some of
the items discussed include the edge grip, the Downs palm, the shuttle pass, use of shell coins,
coin matrix routines and the Misers Dream. I thought the best performances were by David Roth and
Shoot Ogawa. Shoot Ogawa is a Japanese magician who does a beautiful coin matrix routine with each
hand! Enjoy.

This DVD set is jam packed with coin magic. It isn't often that a dvd comes along with so many
contributors. The effects, however, are not what makes this so a great deal. it is the Grip forum,
in my opinion, that is so valuable. I like Kainoa Harbottle's thoughts on coin magic and it isn't
often you get to see him on dvd. The 3 fly forum was a neat idea, but didn't really do much for me
or 3 fly. This set is a real treat and should be in every coin worker's collection.

It's a bit geeky seeing all of these magicians get excited over coins but put that to one side and
you've got some great magicians and some great ideas here. The performances are brilliant and for
this price it's totally worth getting these DVDs.
