I have always wanted to do a straightforward levitation of a bill without having to worry about
lighting distances and angles with spectators. Invisible thread is the solution. I can't even see
it when I'm performing it! So have no worries and buy this. Plus the dvd explains a whole lot of
other great practical effects. Mindblowing.

The only thing I didn't like about this (and why I buy DVD instead of VHS) is because it plays like
a VHS (no fwd to next scene, menu, etc.)

I loved this video, I have it on VHS, and highly recommend it. It's about time they put this on DVD!
He also gives you his suggested source of invisible thread. Very talented, 5 Thumbs Up!

I bought this years ago and did have a small problem so I called the number suggested and talked to
Jon himself. He was very nice, fixed the problem quickly, offered to answer any other questions, and
sent me extra supplies. I was very happy with this purchase. The "set-up" is great and the advice
(use, blocking, etc.) is invaluable. I was fairly new to I.T. at the time and still feel that this
video was all I ever needed. I can certainly recommend it.
I do not have the DVD but just wanna write my own experience with IT. And if you are afraid of it,
buy this DVD.
In fact i had IT for over a year and was afraid of using it, just because i
UNDERESTIMATED the effect it has on people.
When i performed my first routine i was amazed
myself how peoples jaws were dropping. they just couldn't believe it. I was so close to them, and
yet theres nothing to hide and nothing to see.
Before I bought this DVD I underestimated the impact that IT effects can have on an audience. I kept
worrying about what happens if something goes wrong with the thread, but I was missing out on some
powerful magic. This DVD teaches you everything you need to know to start utilizing this powerful
tool without any problems. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Buy this DVD and start doing real
magic.
This DVD is one of the best choices if not the best for invisible thread. Purchase this one along
with the invisible thread and the wax or putty. The way Leclair explains everything is very easy to
understand and his method of using the invisible thread is very good. Buy this one! Dont forget the
thread and the wax or putty you will need it. BUY NOW!
If you are a thread worker then you must get this dvd it not only teaches you a few tricks but also
the techniques of using thread so you can perfect your work...i use thread everyday and i bundled
this with the new penguin pro thread reel, now i can make my thread routines "ultimate".
A great method! LeClair is one of the best I've ever seen, and after watching this video I am almost
as good as him! Very easy to learn. A great video!!!
I watched this one because I am a beginner with IT, I have even until now never used it before
(still waiting for it to arrive). But as to the DVD: it's about an hour long and you get to learn
the effects outlined in the add, fair enough. It starts with a performing-section, followed by the
explanations. He even explains how to "harvest IT", so in the future I guess one didn't have to buy
it anymore if one felt like doing the work (and no, he is not harvesting them from chinese
caterpillars). There is nothing much too write, it's basically solid, LeClair a nice guy and don't
expect someting fancy or funny during the instructional part, but this is the good thing: I compared
his method to the method of the "floating dollar bill" as explained in the instructional video, and
think his handling is much better. Can't write too much about it (exposure), I guess, just let me
say "hook-up". I think it's so obviously superior, I'm thinking maybe it's copyrighted or someting.
All in all very convincing and the vid has sold me on the idea to give it a try, I actually
didn't want to get involved with threads, just scared me, which I guess got addressed in the title
of this video. LeClair uses one basic method to do all his tricks, so one does not have to learn
many different concepts for different effects. It looked simple enough to roll with it. It lost one
star because - and I am mainly guessing - in the meantime there are appearently more advanced props
out there, reels and the like, which I can't judge due to inexperience, but it would be cool to
learn how you can back off from objects and still have them floating, for example (which I know is
possible). I think this vid has not exactly been recently shot.
