Hellophane

With Hellophane, in the video, he shows the hole going through a plastic water bottle. If I were to do this, could I show the hole, and pour water out of the hole, and then heal it, and then try to pour out the water but it doesn't work?

No, the hole does not actually allow you to spill the contents. You get the extremely deceptive penetration of the flame through the plastic, and then the healing of that plastic.
