This is flash paper on plastic.ok it's plastic flash plastic.it burns just a bit slower than normal flash paper,and the sparkle is really nice. The reason for not giving this a five star... The sheets are smaller than normal flash paper sheets so for the price mayby they should have given a couple more sheets. Other than that it's a great product. No one expects for plastic to perform.
