I also wanted to point out that my Velcro also sucks. One side will stay tuck 50% of the time the other side does not stay stuck. My "airplane box" just flies in circles.

Also the other problem is my box was pre-assembled. Yet the card that was included with the instruction download says "Watch the tutorial before assembling the box." I was so worried I would harm the box trying to flatten it without working the creases in like the demo video shows you. Poor quality control and shocked penguin let this happen.
