I have to say when I first saw Scott Alexander perform this in his second penguin live lecture I knew someday Ilit would find a home in my stage repertoire.
The full routine is and the method is devilishly clever. It's very entertaining and you can put some of you into the routine as with all magic. I performed it recently at a cabaret variety night on stage and it absolutely killed. Buy it, rehearse it, perform it and it will serve you well. Best of luck
