This is not a complicated unit. It is compact and I am sure proprietary it is programmable. The heating element and high temp consumables should be consumer replaceable. They are not.

How to know if the device is functioning as designed is by guessing. The video instructions on how little or how much fluid to use are vague and it will glow orange... and burn things up.

Hate letting this one go, but until the unit can be serviced without going through customs. I am looking for something else.
