I have known Brian for years. He recently passed away and left a hole in a lot of magicians' hearts big enough to drive a semi truck through.. I have probably seen Brian do this effect live, at least 50 times. He gave me one of these decks, a few years ago long before this was ever released. I cherish it now that he has passed because it was one he was using in performance. Though this effect may not be for you, as you say, trust me, it kills. The unbelievable reactions Brian commanded with this effect was awesome. It was always amazing to not only myself, but everyone in the room how Brian not only would divine all the cards he had had selected, but he would put much byplay in between the performance, and still be able to go back to everyone that had selected a card, remember and call them by their names as was getting ready to name the card they had selected. This effect is a masterpiece in the hands of the master magician that Brian was. A real reputation maker. Brian made this a classic effect. Not every magical effect is for everyone, but I must say, if you could see it through the eyes of the groups of people Brian performed this in person for, you'd probably change your opinion.
