This one is not a self-worker. It is, primarily, a marked deck of ESP cards. But with the added
layer of being able to know the color and location on the card - not just the shape. So in that
regard, it is a unique, dynamic and very deceptive deck of ESP cards. It can add a level of depth
to your use of ESP cards and can even be used to give a 'reading' of sorts. The cards are a good
size and of good quality. I'd like to buy a spare deck at a lower price. Hopefully that will
eventually be offered.
Now...regarding the routines: While there isn't a lot of memory involved
in being able to tell which symbols, colors and locations are on each card, (via the markings),
there IS a great deal of memory involved in performing ANY of the routines shown in the video
trailer(s). There will also need to be a lot of deck setup, deck control and spectator control
applied. And given that there is a routine where you aren't looking at the deck, (ever), and you
let the spectator shuffle; you really have to make certain they follow instructions and don't go off
the rails - either on purpose or just out of dumb luck.
I think the routines described aren't
as strong as the advertisements would have you believe; and there is a heck of a lot of setup,
memory and risk involved.
This gets three stars because the cards are unique and well-made. But
gets two stars taken off because I think they misrepresented the complexity in performing it as
advertised, and because the cost to product ratio isn't a good value.
My advice: If you get
this, have your own routines/uses in place to avoid feeling disappointed at having paid so much for
an ESP deck; as unique as it may be.
