Wow in a word superb act! 5 stars
Robert shares is close up Magic castle act, 4 Tricks cleverly woven in to a carefully scripted act.
He opens with McDonald Aces each phase builds to a different vanish of an ace. These are not your standard vanishes and if you are looking to charge up this effect, I highly recommend you study his adaptations.
Next he performs one of the best none App iPhone trick with a borrowed Apple IPhone from a member of the audience. What I liked about this trick is that at no time do you ask the spectator to open their phone. It uses their calculator in a clever and entertaining way. This was shown on the trailer and along with McDonald Aces was the main reason for me buying this download.
Next he performs an interesting Chosen Card At Any Number type of effect. This leads into the finale with David Regals Clarity Box where the surprise ending will catch you of guard the first time you see him perform it!

I rate this act very highly, sure if you are just into magic tricks you could say “What only 4 Tricks ??” To do so would miss the point of this new format from Penguin Magic. You are paying for how these performers structure and script an ACT.
This in my opinion is worth more money than the standard trick lectures were you learn a bunch of tricks and no thought is given to Why or How you would bother to perform them.
The IPhone trick alone was worth the price of the Act Lecture to me, not only the effect but a clever presentation to perform it which envolves the audience as well.
This is not the usual presentation for the Clarity Box and you will learn about creative thinking when you see this performed.
