First, for what you paid and what you get, this is pretty bad. You can't stick anything to it
because it is too rough (even after filing it down). Its Uncomfortable and awkward. (Did it have to
be made so cheaply?) Even the video was bad. The presentation does not flow smoothly and the gimmick
is exposed throughout their handling of it. It does not look very natural. I have purchased a lot of
very good magic from penguin but this one was BAD. Especially for the price. At 5 dollars a pop,
profit would have still been made. Sorry, but this is my honest review. I'll order many more magic
from Penquin, but I'll be leary about anything from the Other Brothers.
Dislaimer: The following has been demonstrated only to my reflections in my practice mirrors. Live performance admittedly may suck. This complaint of being too rough might reflect a quality control issue, since it has been mentioned in the private forum. For myself, I have a Mechanic Industries' Grinder coin superglued to the Banjo Coin prop. This coin is as large as a Morgan silver dollar and almost as heavy (25 g). No adherence problem. It allows my first, 3rd and 4th fingers to align next to each other in a scout-like salute, with my thumb somewhere in front. With a wave of my hand the coin slowly materializes at my fingertips and then can be displayed between thumb and either 1st or 2nd finger, front AND back. I haven't decided what I want to do next with the coin.
