This smoke device is small. The remote is functional and gives you many options. The problem is the
unit get so hot it can’t be anywhere near your body. I own all of the other smoke devices out there
and I was really excited about the remote operation. I have only used my unit about six times and
already it’s gotten so hot that it’s melted the shrink wrap that holds everything together. The
little blower fan also has stopped working from what I can tell is the shrink wrap melting over the
fan blades. This is totally unacceptable for a unit that costs $200. I’m a working professional here
in Chicago and rushing this unit to market before ironing out these problems is bad business. Listen
up Penguin you have to test these units before you send them out to your loyal customers. I’m hoping
they will make good and let me return my unit. Maybe I got a bad unit but from looking at the other
reviews it sounds like this excessive heat issue was simply ignored.
