Wow I am so disappointed. My flash wand ran out of battery and now I am trying to charge it only to
realize the charger this thing comes with is not even compatible. I luckily found a charger that is
compatible but the thing won't even charge. I'm extra dissapointed because I have a show tomorrow
that needs something like this to help out the effect.
The Alan Wong streamers are the best
though. Just sad about this product and the truth needs to be told.
Maybe you just got a faulty one - it happens. I’ve had one for months and it charges perfectly. It’s a great utility prop and that bright LED flash looks startling. Also you won’t need to buy flash cotton refills ever again. So don’t let this one-off faulty wand denigrate this fantastic prop.
IF . . . your flash wand, or actually ANYTHING that is recharged, runs ALL THE WAY DOWN, you did not follow instructions !
You have to recharge BEFORE the battery completely dead ends.
You HAVE to keep these things charged and not let them run down all the way.
And you dont wait till you discover you have the wrong charger for your voltage in your country to try and recharge it.
