This guy literally took the UFO Houdini card levitation plot and rebranded it. Disgraceful.

Actually, the effect is based on the "Hummer's Whirling Card" Effect. This DVD is Chris Randall's work on it. Since he worked at a magic shop at a theme park if I remember correctly and the Hummer's Whirling Card was one of the tricks the performers had to demo to get people to buy it. This allowed him and others to come up with a great deal of work on the Hummer's Whirling Card.
