I love Max Maven. I try to get anything that he publishes or makes commercially available. I was
excited when I saw that Penguin had another LIVE Max event. I paid, downloaded, and I was able to
watch it over this past weekend. I can't watch them live due to work hours.
I was disappointed,
and for that reason, I am taking one star off. Here's why:
The LIVE Voyance act was only three
routines. Later, they were explained in typical Max Maven great detail, and I did learn some good
new methods, forces, handlings, etc. But, there were only three. At first, I thought he was doing
three routines as a 'first act,' and then explain those three with Dan Harlan. An then, I thought he
might do another three (or however many) as a 'second act,' and then go back to Dan for more
interview and explanations. That was the basic format of his recent LIVE lecture with Michael Weber
as the interviewer. But, this time there were only three.
I do not feel cheated for the $39.95
because I am such a Max Maven fan, but I would have felt differently, and cheated, if it had been
anyone else.
