And MORE! Julio took bill changes to the next level. Where bills have to be folded to effectuate a
change, (Greed, Every change win the Switch book, The Mobius Switch is ungaffed but only allows for
2 changes and need a lot of practice) and here comes Julio with a full view bill change 3 times, and
the final bill can be handed out at the end. WTF?
There is a bonus, and it justifies the
price, so 10/10 on bang for your buck. Because the gaff you make is interchangeable, you can cover
plots from: traveling around the world with currencies plot; a standard multiple bill changes;
different sizes of money changes (it can be done!!!); or my favorite, explain why multiplying money
doesn't work by showing a $20 (this is my own idea) up it to a $50, then to $100, then finally to a
gag bill, or piece of paper saying "Oops, 404 Error" or something to that nature.
Heres the
final thoughts on this: Some may be clever and fall in love with the video so hard (as I did) and
ask if you can BORROW a bill and do the changes? This is me pushing the trick and gimmick to its
absolute limits. Its not explained on the DVD, but if I find a way, I'll add it to my comments.
Til then, and this is IMPORTANT, the whole trick relies on using your own bills and not a
spectators, UNLESS you do the Daniel Garcia idea, where you pocket their bill and switch it out for
the gimmick.
TL;DR Does the DVD meet and exceed its goals as advertised? Yes. 11/10
Nice review, Dan. I actually came here to find out the exact thing you mention at the end. I am looking for a way to switch a borrowed bill that looks like this. I will probably purchase this even if you think there is the slightest way it could possibly be figured out. If a bill can be borrowed and switched with this gimmick then handed out, I would be all over it. I'll keep my eyes open for your update, if I don't get it sooner.
Video 11/10 ???? He doesn’t even do a close up o thef making of the gimmick. It is made from a distance . Can’t see Exactly where he is putting the gaff in the construction. 6 /10 . Trust me you will see others post the same when they comment . Great Teick for sure , video lacks !! There needs to be a QA on these videos and require closeups . IMO.
