The Murphy's close-up pad I received appeared to have been previously used and returned. There was no plastic around it and no label. Additionally, there was a two-inch wide discolored area from the top of the pad to the bottom.

That said, the gentleman who called me in response to my email was wonderful. He offered to replace the pad quickly and got the brand new one to me in a hurry. The new one was perfect and was still in its original bag with a tag.

I've always said that true customer service begins when there's an issue. Penguin handled this issue in a timely and professional manner. I would do business with them again.
