This is a real winner. So simple, so elegant, the spectator can be very involved even if they do not really understand the game of poker. They do all the work and can't help but build a strong poker hand with your encouragement (and generosity - like your grandfather "taught you").

Best of all, self working. They shuffle, they deal, they pick the number of cards for each part of their hand (and can even change for the better) Yet somehow, you still win.

Now the elegant part. It doesn't feel like a "sucker effect" because it was so fair in their favor.
