Lots of card tricks but ends with solid mental work Report this review

I have herd of Spidey in the magic and Mentalism community many times and I’ve always wondered who he is. The context of who he was has always been Hypnosis and Mentalism. I was watching this for around forty five minutes and so far it’s all card tricks. And it’s not even mental framed card effects that would work with a mentalist character, it’s all full on close up card effects. It’s not bad but it’s not stuff I will ever use or what I thought I was getting.

I started this review too early. I was disappointed at the direction, but after an hour or so he switched gears and went into mental work. There is some very strong stuff in the end of the video that I will use. Second half saved it for me. I’m curious what his actual performance character is. Is he a trickster? Best moment was when my son (who is 4) came home and looked at the TV and asked me if he was a pirate.

The impromptu Mentalism with bits of paper and magazines is great and his work on the sneak thief plot is very good.
