I regret to say im really disappointed with this, a reviewer said that they activated this from 15
feet away , im lucky if it goes off from a foot or two away . Could there be something wrong with
mine because this is so unreliable ,its unusable . Never returned anything to penguin but id really
like to send this back ...
There is no ,on/off switch ,its on whether you like it or not after you take it off the charger, you have to use it pretty much right away or it loses power and is no longer reliable , it only lasts about an hour or so , not something you can charge at home and than go out and use . Charging the battery is the big grey area ,charge for 2 to 2.5 hours until the red light goes off or maybe it wont ,really that's what he says ,reminds me of the old pre lithium battery days a decade ago where you have no idea where you are in the charging process, in the tutorial it says the charging light will flicker red or be constant red while charging ,which is it ? . Seriously, that's how you FRY batteries , this is a decent prototype in the works ,but in this day and age this isn't the best it could be , and for some reason if you want the real juice on this and the real tips and hints you need to go on the facebook page to access it and for all of those who are not ,we are left out , If I could do it again , id pass , save your bucks......
