Magic Man teaches two excellent rubber band routines. His version of Crazy Man's Handcuffs combines
several effects into a single charming routine. The Boomerang Rubber Band routine is extraordinary.
I have tried to learn the Boomerang trick before, but without success. Thanks to Magic Man's
instruction, I'm now able to do it. The teaching on this video is extraordinary -- multiple
performances of each routine, on the streets and in the studio, followed by careful, clear, step-by
step explanations. Two tips: 1. It's essential to have the right rubber bands to do the Boomerang
Rubber Band. I found that the following rubber bands from Office Depot work: Size 16 rubber bands.
2 1/2 inch x 1/16 inch. 1/4 lb. Item 856-198. These are plain, tan rubber bands -- great for
practice, costing about $5 for a quarter pound. I'm still looking for some blue orange red or
purple rubber bands that I can use in performance. 2. There is a tutorial on YouTube for the
Boomerang Band: search for "Fancy Band" and "Chris Kenner." I found Magic Man's teaching to be more
helpful -- but Kenner is highly knowledgeable and gives some very useful pointers
