This is good enough to send me back here many months later to review. Why do I like this so much? I
know several haunted deck effects but this is my go to now. The reason is the effect is done before
the effect takes place. In other words I prefer to work the performance during the deck cutting and
reveal not during. I find when you have to work the mechanics real time it is still a very fun
surprising effect but ultimately mechanical. With this you choose how quick the reveal will happen
then go into performance only mode. Clean up is minor, easy and subtle and the spec can remove their
own card cleanly so that allows a perfect moment to casually retrieve the cards. As well I’d say the
price is right for this.
