After shows I usually have a handful of audience members who come up to chat or just to say they had
a good time. For a long while I've been seeking that intimate "encore piece" I can perform for these
folks, which is something special to say thanks with, and that is entirely different than anything
they've seen in my show. Franken-Doh by Roddy McGhie is that spare "pocket trick" I've been seeking!
It's not so much a case of "How did he do it?" But rather one of "Did I just see what I
thought I saw?"
Roddy McGhie is a good teacher, and his Scottish lilt adds to his charm.
The tutorial is just over 20 minutes and avoids annoying rambling.
This is an
out-of-the-box performance piece that you'll need creativity to incorporate, but well-worth it!
