This book has all the subtleties of an ordinary book, down to the detail! If I were a laymen, I’d
think it were a perfectly normal book, the spectator can freely handle the book, there are multiple
ways to use this book and they include 2 completely different, but equally amazing routines, this is
the most expensive, and most worthwhile purchase I’ve made on penguin yet! Thanks you guys!!!!
Only way a spectator could freely handle the book is if hes 100 % blind , no, you cant let the spectator flip thru the pages , why would you say that ?
If you know the dominant hand of your spectator, you can have them look through the book in their hands, not sure if you watched the instructions but they say so there, and I give the book to the spectator to look through it every time I use this. Don’t be so paranoid about these things. Why would you say they can’t?
I just watched Brett do 2 different full demos of the book and in neither did he give the book out to a Spectator. I am sure you could but you would have a high probability of getting busted. There is really no need for that if you show the book, make not of page numbers and all the different Celebrities. No need at all. Why would you increase the odds of failure?
Okay, so in fairness to Malachi, I am changing what I said above, sort of. Spectator can handle the book, while being managed by you. You must explain how to hold the book, which hand and how to flip the pages. But to say that he/she can freely handle it, is to say they can thumb through freely and that they cannot do! I hope that helps!
Hi guys -
Brett Barry here and thanks for the support and I am thrilled you are happy with Celebrity Presage. YES you can easily allow a spectator to freely handle the book and YES it is explained on the teaching video and in the PDF. As long as the spectator is right handed and the performer demos 1st - and hands to them in their LEFT hand (which is natural) they can flip through the book naturally and suspect nothing. All will look normal. Have fun and thank you
