Let me first say that I think David is one of the great magic thinkers of the last 50 years. Also,
his reviews on reel magic magazine are spot on. However, I take issue with this video. David appears
to be a really nice person and he wants to impart as much knowledge as possible in this trick. The
problem is that David decides to go on tangents while he is describing the actual effect. You pick
the cards up to follow him and than you are met with a philosophical diatribe. You simply can not
follow him. The time for magic theory is prior to the explanation of the moves or subsequent to the
moves. You do not add theory while you are explaining the moves in the trick. Don.t get me wrong.
The trick is good. David, please stay on point.
