As always, Penquinmagic service is undoubtedly superb from packaging to shipping, love the video clip notification. About the Duck; the quality is great and I like to give a FIVE STAR but there's a mechanical issue. There's a pull hesitation that causes the duck not to go all the way to grab the card without a few attempts. You have to pull the mechanical device almost straight down instead of usual angle to make it work properly. Maybe it's just mine, I am not sure.

How about the packaging of this product is it just a white plain box?and where is this product made from,is it from india?
