Well it's a DIY video, they'll teach you how to make an easy impression device,no need for a special gimmicked pen , any regular pen , marker or pencil, if you like the idea of business cards peeking tools , this is great, very easy and very practical, you can prepare it with any envelope once you know the secret, and in my opinion actually you could make it work with your own wallet(regular or peeking wallet) and one single envelope instead of a stuck of envelopes, if you're amateur or beginner you won't like it and you'll give it a negative feedback, you need to know that all the mind reading has the same basic principle , so if you're new in mentalism go learn the basic and only then use impression tools.
What's great that it works smoothly and they do everything .
The negative is that the envelope isn't for examination , and you need to take it back for a reason that's teaching in the video explanation, this is why it's not great for beginners or amateurs that don't like to speak very much with audience and aren't confident infront of people. So if you aren't confident don't buy this one .
About the gimmick it self it doesn't look suspicious or extraordinary because the audience does everything and it works smoothly , and the secret move to get the information is invisible to the audience if you do it right .
Once you know the genius secret you could build other gimmicks fits your caracter or act , you can take the basic secret of the gimmick and make with other materials and stuff.
So don't disparage the Trick for the simplicity of the method.
I like it because it's practical and you could use it any time any place and surrounded if performed right.
